Ingredients:

  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pack baking powder
  • 4 sprigs green onions, finely chopped
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dough:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, eggs, salt, and baking powder. Mix well.
    • Gradually add water while mixing until a smooth batter forms.
  2. Add Green Onions:
    • Mix in the finely chopped green onions into the batter until evenly distributed.
  3. Fry the Pastries:
    • Heat oil in a deep frying pan or pot over medium-high heat.
    • Using a ladle, carefully drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
