Easy Soft Cake Recipe

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 finger missing sugar from 1 glass of water
pinch of salt
Half a glass of oil 120 ml
150 ml orange juice
Peel of 1 orange
1 packet of baking powder
2 cups flour
For the above;
Jam
coconut
Instructions

Add eggs, sugar and salt to a suitable mixing bowl and whisk until foamy. Add oil, orange juice and orange peel and mix.
Let’s add the sifted flour and baking powder and mix.
Let’s pour the cake mixture we prepared into the cake mold that has been greased all over with solid oil.
Let’s bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.
Let’s take the cake out of the oven from the mold. Let’s spread the jam of your choice on it with a brush and sprinkle coconut.
