Trim Shaved Beef

Looking for a delicious, easy supper idea? I guarantee you will like my lean meatloaf if you haven’t given it a shot yet.  It has a luscious sweet ketchup sauce, is very juicy, and has little calories.  Because I use extra lean ground beef, homemade whole wheat bread crumbs, and egg whites, this meatloaf is far leaner than typical recipes.

The recipe calls for half a cup of ketchup.

1/4 cup. Mustard color

Meatloaf: 2 teaspoons of brown sugar

Lean Ground Beef (96%) or 1 pound of Tenderloin

Half a loaf of whole wheat bread, sliced or without crust

One cup of chopped Vaidila onion and three large egg whites

A little amount of salt flakes

1/4 teaspoon of pepper

1/3 cup. Dipping sauce

1/4 cup. Yellow, Mustard

1/4 cup. The Worcestershire Sauce Recipe

Methods for Cooking Trim Meatloaf

Get the oven hot, about 350 degrees.

Apply nonstick cooking spray to a loaf pan.

Put the ground beef, shredded bread, onion, egg whites, salt, and pepper in a big bowl and mix well. Keep aside.

The Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and ketchup should be whisked together in a small bowl.

Over the ground beef mixture, pour the sauce components that have been blended. Mix the meat and sauce together using your hands.

Roll out the bread. After you have the loaf pan ready, transfer the beef mixture into it. Cook in a preheated oven.

Half an hour in the oven at 350 degrees should do the trick. Check to see that the meatloaf is done cooking.

Remove from oven, place on a cooling rack, and let cool for 10 minutes.

Make five equal pieces. Arrange on a platter and get ready to devour.
